Vendor Application

Vendor Space -  10'Wide X 12'Long - for SUNDAY June 26, 2011   This is one of the best deals you will find at an event of this size. 

You may begin setting up SUNDAY, June 26 at 9:00 am and completed by 11:00am SUNDAY.
Event runs possibly until 8:00 pm or later if were still having fun.

If you are unable to make the form below work for any reason please send the answers to the questions to me by email.
For approval please submit this form and we will  notify you of acceptance and send you the contact for vendor space to complete.  No phone calls please. Do not send any money until you have received the contract.  You must have a Washington State business license. 

·          Deadline for registration is May 1, 2011 No exceptions. Vendor Registration will be returned to sender after the deadline date. Vendor spaces will be assigned to the vendors that return their signed contract and fee for the vendor space/s in that order.  Food booths will be located at the front on the vendor area.

·          Anything that you yourself can make happen in regards to obtaining power is strictly up to you and whomever you can convince to help with your problem. Children's Ride has no part in providing electricity. Bring duct tape so you can cover up any electrical cords that you provide.

·          Please bring along something to place around your generator to keep the noise to a level of sanity for your neighbors. Even a heavy cardboard box type enclosure is better than nothing.

·          If you have a need for bikes to ride up to your booth, let us know on the front side of your application when you send your complete vendor package. 

·          Back-to-back booths will only be provided, if that footprint works for the overall plan of the vendor site. You may request it, but unless there is a valid NEED for this type of set up, do not arrive expecting that it is a done deal.
